• All rug sales are final.
• Returns will be accepted for 5 days from date of sale, including date of sale, minus a 10% restocking charge.
• Returns between 5 days and 14 days will be accepted minus a 10% restocking fee in exchange for a store credit.
• All sales after 14 days are final.
